Mission Statement: Real Talk is a ministry outreach connecting adults aged 18–35 to Christ’s love.
In our current culture adults aged 18-35 find themselves navigating a complex world filled with questions of identity, purpose, and belonging. It is in these influential years that a spirit-driven ministry outreach, like Real Talk, can play a transformative role, bridging the gap between dynamic age group and the unchanging, all-encompassing love of Christ.
Real Talk welcomes you to join us for genuine conversations and meaningful connections. We offer a secure environment where these discussions can take place. Are you looking to be mentored? If you’re within this age range, we encourage you to meet our mentors and engage. We meet at the Agora Café, 3753 Sycamore Dairy Road, on the fourth Friday of each month at 7pm. The program seeks to meet individual needs and promotes sharing personal experiences. God’s design with YOU in mind.
Real Talk Core Objectives
- Introduce Christ’s Love: Create opportunities for participants to experience the unconditional love and grace of Christ through teaching, conversations, and acts of service.
- Build Authentic Relationships: Foster genuine connections between members and leaders, ensuring the attendees feel seen, heard, and valued.
- Encourage Spiritual Growth: Equip adults with the tools to build a sustainable and deep relationship with God through Bible study, prayer, and mentorship.
- Empower Leadership: Identify and cultivate emerging leaders who desire to impact and influence communities within their context.
- Service-Oriented Projects: Organize community outreach initiatives called “community touch events”. These projects will demonstrate Christ’s love in action while building a sense of purpose and belonging among participants.
